Carol Es

Carol Es is an artist, musician and writer in Los Angeles. Her handmade Artists' books are part of the library collection at the Getty Museum, UCLA Special Collections, and the Jaffe Collection at Florida Atlantic University. She co-founded the online magazine Picklebird (1999-2002), and writes for the Huffington Post Blog and Life on The Edge. Other articles appear in Coagula Art Journal; Artesian Magazine, Brainchild, Tangent, and RiffRag. She has exhibited at the Santa Monica Museum of Art, Torrance Art Museum, and the Riverside Museum of Art, and is also a grant recipient from the Durfee Foundation and The Artist's Fellowship in New York.
