Flaunting a refreshed gallery program and new layout, Design Miami returned to Miami Beach this week for the 12th edition of the highly touted international design fair.
Offering 31 of the world’s best design galleries, 6 cabinet of curiosity presentations and 9 design collaborations with such major brands as Fendi, Maison Perrier-Jouët and Airbnb, Design Miami mixes modern and contemporary furniture, lighting, jewelry and the occasional piece of fine art with joyful finesse.
Solo presentations lead the way this year, with Salon 94 featuring vintage cabinets by famed architect and industrial designer Gaetano Pesce alongside his new resin vases and Elisabetta Cipriani exhibiting one-of-a-kind wearable sculptures made from precious materials by Italian artist Giorgio Vigna.
