Fashion and art influencer Audrey-Anna Oliveros creates outfits inspired by fine art.

By NOAH BECKER, November 2020

In 2019, Audrey-Anna Oliveros started Oil and Threads – a fusion of her two passions where she styles different outfits inspired by art pieces she selects from an array of visual, graphic and sculptural artists. Each week on her Instagram, she showcases pieces of art with an accompanying look, highlighting the genre, history, culture, and stylistic detail of the artist and fashion creatives presented in each post. On her website oilandthreads.com, Audrey-Anna shares a weekly favorite highlighting something she is currently loving, either in Art or Fashion. Then each month, with her Spotlight Series, she interviews someone in either the of Art and Fashion world, and gets a behind the scenes look of their lives. To follow each interview, that week on Oil and Thread’s Instagram there will be a special collaboration to honor the feature.

Through Oil and Threads, Audrey-Anna creates an inclusive place for all art and fashion lovers alike to celebrate the works of unique brands, shows, exhibitions and artists through her many stylistic interpretations.

This week her special collaboration with Whitehot Magazine is an outfit inspired by a Noah Becker painting.  WM
